Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review the following guidelines for exchanges and returns:

General Guidelines:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: All products must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items.
  3. Customized or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized apparel, canvas, posters, or drinkware unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Apparel:

  • Size Exchanges: If your apparel doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
  • Defective Apparel: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us for a replacement.

Canvas & Posters:

  • Separate Packaging: Canvases and posters may arrive in separate packages. Ensure all parts are accounted for before requesting a return.
  • Return Condition: Canvases and posters must be returned in their original packaging without any damage or creases.
  • Damage During Shipping: If your canvas or poster is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Drinkware:

  • Return & Exchange: Drinkware must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Damaged or Defective: If your drinkware arrives broken or defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Contact@stunwave.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your exchange within 7-10 business days.

The arrived product broken. How can I get support?

We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

How can I change my order after ordering?

To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Our Contact Page. If your order hasn't been processed for shipping, we’ll assist with modifications. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, changes cannot be made.
