- Customized or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized apparel, canvas, posters, or drinkware unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Apparel:
- Size Exchanges: If your apparel doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- Defective Apparel: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us for a replacement.
Canvas & Posters:
- Separate Packaging: Canvases and posters may arrive in separate packages. Ensure all parts are accounted for before requesting a return.
- Return Condition: Canvases and posters must be returned in their original packaging without any damage or creases.
- Damage During Shipping: If your canvas or poster is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Drinkware:
- Return & Exchange: Drinkware must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective: If your drinkware arrives broken or defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
